Seeking a position where I can utilize my experience and knowledge.  Positions such as Culinary Instructor, Chef, Special Events and  Catering Chef and Project manager in the opening of new restaurants or product research and recipe development are highly desirable.  

 

The hospitality industry has provided me with a very rewarding career that I have loved for more than 30 years.  The most important thing I've learned during that time is that our actions today greatly influence our tomorrow.  Happy, satisfied customers are the best form of advertisement for any establishment and they are essential to any business wishing to thrive.   I've also learned that we only have one opportunity to make a lasting impression on people, and to miss that one opportunity is unacceptable.
